If a paid plugin does not work for you, email me within 14 days of your purchase and I will refund you in full. Tell me what went wrong if you can; it helps me improve, but it is not required.
Renewals
Automatic renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not used the licence since.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through my reseller. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the licence is deactivated.
