Who I am
The plugins on this site are made by Farrukh Sobirov, an independent developer in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In these terms "I" and "me" mean Farrukh Sobirov, and "you" means the person or company that uses the plugins or buys a licence.
Licence
All my plugins, free and paid, are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. A paid licence gives you access to updates and support for the number of websites in your plan, for the period you paid for.
Payments
Paid licences are sold through my reseller, which handles payment, tax and invoices and appears on your statement. Plans renew automatically each year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing me; the licence then stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds

Support
Support covers installing, setting up and using my plugins and fixing problems in them. It does not cover custom code, other plugins or themes, or hosting issues, although I will point you in the right direction where I can.
No warranty
The plugins are provided "as is". I work hard to make them reliable and secure, but I cannot guarantee they are free of errors. Keep backups of your site. To the extent the law allows, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the last twelve months.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Material changes will be announced by email to customers.
